The Cinema Times, Kathmandu – In 2021 came an announcement that very much excited the netizens. A cinema starring actors Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt was announced. The three leading ladies of Bollywood coming together in one cinema that too, being helmed by Farhan Akhtar! But, it’s been years and there’s no news.

There are rumours of it being shelved as Priyanka and Katrina walked out of the cinema. However, Zoya Akhtar recently said that the cinema is very much in the works. The reason behind the delay is aligning everyone’s dates. Alia also opened up about the cinema in an interview and said- The intention is to make sure the cinema hits the big screen someday, but sometimes there is a time and place for everything and one has to wait for the right time!

‘Jee Le Zaraa’ was announced on the 20^th anniversary of Farhan Akhtar’s directorial debut ‘Dil Chahta Hai’ as the buddy road movie and everyone was eagerly waiting for ‘Dil Chahta Hai’ and’ Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’ female version.

As it stands, the cinema may take some more time to begin production.
