The Cinema Times, Kathmandu- Before we begin, let’s not forget the obstacles that ‘A Mero Hajur 4’ had to face even before the release. There were few tormenting the team. Well, now that’s a thing of the past.
‘A Mero Hajur 4’ released on the Nepali New Year 2079, Baisakh 1 and what an overwhelming response the cinema got. Though it had to face the heat of being released with K.G.F:Chapter 2, the cinema did amazingly well at the box office. It’s the fact that it got few shows in multiplexes, but the audiences showered their love to the team in both single theatres and multiplexes. ‘A Mero Hajur 4’ grossed 6 crores total in collection within three weeks of its release.
The cinema was pulled down in multiplexes in the fourth week. There were both Nepali and foreign language new cinemas lining up. But, these cinemas couldn’t do great business at the box office. They were unable to pull the crowd to the theatres. Then, multiplexes added ‘A Mero Hajur 4’ in their show time, again.
The report shows ‘A Mero Hajur 4’ is doing well compared to the new releases. As per the production team, the cinema had already collected its investment in the initial release and now onwards what the cinema makes is profit.
