The Cinema Times, Kathmandu – Yash Raj Films (YRF) has announced the release date of its four much-awaited movies which are Bunty Aur Babli 2, Prithviraj, Shamshera, and Jayeshbhai Jordaar.
Aditya Chopra’s Yash Raj Films announced the release dates of four of its big screen movies in the theaters. These four films (Bunty Aur Babli 2, Prithviraj, Jayeshbhai Jordaar and Shamshera) are a part of Yash Raj Films fifty years plan.
Yash Raj Films turned 50 years in 2020. The iconic and one of the most popular production house was founded by Yash Chopra in 1970. As per the owner of YRF, Aditya Chopra, the celebration which was supposed to happen in 2020 was postponed due to the pandemic.

Prithviraj
Featuring the Bollywood star Akshar Kumar, Prithviraj is a historical film. It also features Sanjay Dutt, Manushi Chhillar and Sonu Sood. The film is directed by Dr. Chandraprakesh Dwivedi. It was set to hit screens this Diwali but due to the ongoing situation, the movie might get released in 21st of January 2022.
Jayeshbhai Jordaar
Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh and Shalini Pandey featured Jayeshbhai Jordaar is a social comedy. The film will release in cinemas on 25 Feb 2022.
Shamshera
Shamshera is another historic drama from the YRF 50 years celebration plan. The film is slated to release on 18 March 2022. It will feature Ranbir Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt and Vaani Kapoor in pivotal roles.
Bunty Aur Babli 2
Bunty aur Babli 2 is the sequel to the 2005 comedy hit film Bunty Aur Babli that featured Rani Mukherjee, Abhishek Bachchan and Amitabh Bachchan. Now the sequel will star Saif Ali Khan, Rani Mukerji, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Sharvari Wagh. The film is set to release on 19 Nov 2021.
