The Cinema Times, Kathmandu- ‘Sunkesari’ released on Friday with a solo release lottery has bagged favorable 2 days business. However, accurate mathematical calculation of 2 days business is yet to be done.

Cinema opening with 80-85 percent occupancy land to houseful on its second days i.e. Saturday. Each multiplex at K Town were houseful. So, its occupancy clearly shows the marvelous business of cinema.

The cinema was rampant since their advance booking opening on Wednesday. It is quite doing better in multiplex than the single hall. Yet, no situation to worry about single hall business. ‘Sunkesari’ once again have uproar the sleepy business of our Nepali Cine Industry.

There were 15 shows for the cinema at the QFX multiplex on its first day. Later, got 16 shows on second day and 18 shows on third day i.e. Sunday. Likewise, weekend respectively 4,6 and 7 shows at Fcube and 4,5 and 6 shows at VSR. Got increment on Monday show with additional 1 show which makes 7. It started with 2 shows at Q’s and made to 4 on Saturday and 5 on Sunday. It’s running at Cine D Chef with 8 shows.

Director Arpan Thapa, actress/producer Reecha Sharma and actor Rabindra Jha reached to different halls of valley to get live feedback from the audiences. Reecha came to conclusion with better second edition of ‘Sunkesari’ after gaining mixed responses. She is feeling more encouraged and determined to come up with ‘Sunkesari 2’. She is accepting the weakness of her cinema and aiming to give more perfection in second edition. She announced the sequel of ‘Sunkesari’ at Premier show.

Arpan Thapa directorial cinema features Reecha Sharma, Sunny Dhakal, Lauren Lofberg and Rabindra Jha in key roles.
