The Cinema Times, Kathmandu- Bollywood veteran director Subash Ghai known as ‘Show Man’ is coming to Nepal. Kantipur Film Academy which is giving education and training in different cinema related categories has invited Subash Ghai for Workshop in Nepal.

Workshop in association with Mumbai’s popular film school ‘Whistling Wood International has been titled ‘Film and Media Knowledge Seminar’.Workshop is going to happen on Jestha 20 at Annapurna Hotel from 9 am to 6 pm. Script writer Rajabali, fashion designer Nisha Chand, cinema maker Rabiya Najki and Mukta Arts Managing director Rahul Puri are going to be the instructor for seminar besides Subash Ghai. Similarly, Dinesh DC is also giving his tutorials being Nepali Media Personality.

Workshop will be specially focused in media knowledge, mobile cinema making, script writing and fashion designing. Subash is also the chief of Whistling Wood International. Nepal originated actress Manisha Koirala also debuted in Bollywood from his directorial cinema ‘Saudagar’.

Kantipur Film Academy CEO Prakash Puri believes that workshop will make Nepali cinema, fashion and media more broad and educated. Puri and his team went to Mumbai and requested Subash Ghai and Whistling Wood International for such agreements to promote cinema education in Nepal.
