The Cinema Times, Kathmandu – Thanks to social media platforms where a video of Ranu Mondal from Ranaghat, West Bengal whose video went viral where she was singing Lata Mangeshkar’s song Ek Pyar Nagma Hai. In her viral video, she was seen singing at a railway station and it became so viral that even big celebrated musician in India noticed.

She got chance to appear in various reality TV shows and singer Himesh Reshammiya gave her chance to sing song Teri Meri Kahani for the movie Happy Hardy and Heer in 2020.

Though her fame did not last long, her biopic will be made which will be directed by  where Eshika Dev will be playing Ranu Mondal.

The film which will be titled as ‘Miss Ranu Maria’  was supposed to be made in Bengali Language but as of now the maker have decided to make it in Hindi language.

The film will hit screens in March or April next year.
