After entertaining the audiences with its entertaining trailer and songs, Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan starrer “Simmba” hit the theatres yesterday.

Like other Rohit Shetty directorial ventures, this too had a good opening on the theatres.

According to the reports, Simmba was blessed with an opening of around 35 percent which was slightly better than Shahrukh Khan, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif starrer “Zero”.

The trade portal stated that Simmba has had a good advance of around Rs 8 crore approximately and ranks sixth when it comes to advance booking chart of 2018.

Simmba is the year’s last big release and it is likely that the Ranveer Singh-starrer will wrap the year in a good note.
