The Cinema Times, Kathmandu- There have been reports of filmmaker Santosh Sen working on the casting of the third installment of Prem Geet for a long time. And in the new development, here comes the official confirmation on megastar Rajesh Hamal being replaced by Shiva Shrestha. 

Actor Shiva Shrestha has officially replaced Rajesh Hamal in ‘PG3’ who was otherwise suppose to play the role of a king father of actor Pradeep Khadka. Hamal reportedly departed the project citing scheduling issues.

Amidst much buzz in the project and rumours around Shiva Shrestha starring in the upcoming, this news comes as a  pleasant surprise. In addition to this, actor Sunil Thapa has also been officially roped in for a major role .

Santosh Sen produced, the first two installments of Prem Geet, both of which featured Pradeep Khadka in the lead role. Now, the producer will be turning director alongside Cheten Gurung for ‘Prem Geet 3’.
