‘Prakash’: Challenge Accepted by the actors!

The Cinema Times, Kathmandu- ‘Prakash’ is a struggle story of a man to be a teacher, what lies inside is the existing political setting that has failed to bring significant changes in the lives of the general people. ‘Prakash, don’t be afraid to cross the bridge between dreams and problems!’ is the dialogue from the cinema ‘Prakash’. And it looks like Prakash played by Actor Pradip Khadka did the same. He crossed the bridge from the boy next door-lover boy image to being an artist, a versatile actor. From being typecast as a lover boy in all of his cinemas, ‘Prakash’ is a totally different and challenging character Khadka has taken in his career.

The official trailer of ‘Prakash’ has been released and it is receiving good responses from the audiences. The trailer presents actors Pradip Khadka and Deeya Maskey in empowered roles. Based on the background of Karnali, the actors’ looks and tone has been set similarly. Actor Pradip Khadka’s character brings freshness to his career graph.

Similarly Actor Deeya Maskey states her role was pretty challenging. Before the shoot commenced, she went to Jumla to learn their lifestyle, language and tone. Her character depicts patience, responsibility and sacrifice. ‘Prakash’ debutant Actor Renu Yogi affirms ‘Prakash’ to be a meaningful cinema.
