New Nepali Cinema ‘Ranveer’ Announced

The Cinema Times, Kathmandu- The making of Nepali cinema ‘Ranveer’ by producer Goma Bista and Dipendra Regmi has been announced in the middle of formal program on Sunday. Cinema is all set to go on the floor on auspicious day of democracy i.e. Falgun 7.

Gobinda Singh Bhandari will be directing the cinema. Bhandari himself have written the story of ‘Ranveer’, he have already worked in some of the south cinema. According to director Bhandari; the cinema is said to be a mixture of action, comedy and romance, which will revolve around energetic and educated guy named ‘Ranveer’. The main story of cinema is the struggles and ups and downs of ‘Ranveer’ character’s life. Sushil Sitoula will be playing the battle of this character. Adding up Bhandari claims Sushil will do 100% justice to the lead character so he had been appointed for the role.

The former ‘Miss International 2013’ Subekshya Khadka is all set to sizzles the screen space with Sushil. Subekshya working in cinema screen for the first time said she used to think that she should not work in cinema, so she refused many offers. She stated that she got allured from the script of ‘Ranveer’ and growing status of cinema industry. According to her, from now on she will take this field as her profession and will work hard for it.

The cinema estimated under the investment of 2 crore will feature actor Supushpa Bhatta, Prashant Tamrakar, Rabi Giri, Naresh Poudel, Harihar Sharma, Bholaraj Sapkota, Jiwan Bhattrai, Jagdish Rijal, Basanti Bhatta, and Shaileswari Singh besides Sushil and Subekshya. Prashant Tamrakar, Tika Pahari, Rabi Giri and Naresh Poudel will be venturing the negative role. Music work will be gained from Herculas Basner, Sushant Gautam and Amit Shrestha, where choreography from Gambhir Bista and Suren Basel with the action of Chandra Panta.

The shooting schedule is evaluated for 45 days around the spots of Dadeldhura, Mahendranagar, Dhangadi and Kathmandu. The cinematography will be hold by Mahesh Poudel.
