The Cinema Times, Kathmandu- ‘Panchayat’ schedule to release on Chaitra 2 with original life, tradition and living of Nepali society before some fifty years back during the autocratic regime of Panchayat.

The story of cinema stood the Best position among 216 Foreign Language Cinema in ‘San Francisco Film Festival’ held in California, America. Lead actress Nita Dhungana also won the Best Actress award in the festival from very ‘Panchayat’ cinema.

Sushant Shrestha and Shankar Subedi produced ‘Panchayat’ is making a VIP Show on Falgun 25 in Kumari Hall. VIP Premier before a week ahead of release will witness the attendance of renowned political leaders. Producer Rabi Adhikari claims that the invitations to political leaders are going on and some of the leaders are already making a commitment to join it.

Former PM and CPN Maoists Chief Pushpa Kamal Dahal (Prachanda) had already given the commitment for his presence. Similarly, Former PN and CPN UML Senior leader Jhalnath Khanal with his other party leader Pradip Gyawali,Yogesh Bhattarai, and Surendra Pandey are attending the show.

Similarly, Maoists leaders Janardhan Sharma Prabhakar, Barshaman Pun Ananta, Ansari Gharti are also joining the VIP show according to report. Home Misnister Ram Bahadur Thapa Badal, Lal Babu Pandit Minister of Population and Environment, Congress leaders; Bimlendra Nidhi, Dr. Prakash Sharan Mahat, Minendra Rijal, Gagan Thapa, Uma Adhikari are also hoping to attend it.

Producer Sushant Shrestha is optimistic regarding the positive message and contribution in cinema fraternity with this VIP show.

Saroj Khanal, Neeta Dhungana, Rupa Rana, Jhanavi Basnet, Geeta Adhikari, Bishal Pahadi, Kiran Thapa and Rajbabu Shrestha starrer cinema got charity show on this 24 at Hetauda.

Shivam Adhikari directorial cinema got editing of Bipin Malla. Rameshwor Karki is a cinematography person and music is from Tanka Budhathoki.
