The Cinema Times, Kathmandu- Simosh Sunuwar’s directorial ‘Jante Bakhro’ marked its Shubha Muhurat with powerhouse performer Saugat Malla and talented Garima Sharma’s first shot amidst traditional rituals at Kamaladi Ganesh Mandir on Friday. The cinema enthusiasts are set to witness an exciting wave of innovation in storytelling.

The cinema stars Saugat Malla- a versatile performer, Aasif Shah- known for his comic timing, Garima Sharma- an emerging actress with significant potential. The stellar cast ensemble also includes Rama Thapaliya, Lokendra Lekhak, Kamal Devkota, Bishal Pahadi, Rusha Nyaupane, Kusum Sharma, Sneha Joshi, Samapika Gautam, Kushal Gajmer among others.

While details of the plot remain under wraps. ‘Jante Bakhro’ is a comedy cinema and the title hints at a symbolic narrative as Jante bakhro means the feast (of goat-meat) given to the groom’s procession as they return with the bride.

Produced by Santosh Gautam under MUIN Entertainment, the cinema will be shot by ace cinematographer Hari Humagain. The cinema is written by Pradeep Bhardwaj, whose screenplay resonates with Nepali audiences. Director Simosh Sunuwar, with his expertise and vision, is committed to delivering a quality cinematic experience.
