The Cinema Times, Kathmandu – Director Sudip Bhupal Singh’s upcoming Nepali cinema ‘Shree Bukuro:The Home Calling’ is officially set to grace cinema halls across the country from Falgun 1. The release date was announced on Monday alongside the unveiling of a visually striking new poster.

Designed in a sketch painting style, the newly released poster features the principal cast. It has instantly captured attention for its artistic finesse and emotional undertone. The cinema has already built a positive momentum with its earlier released teaser and posters resonating warmly with audiences.

A pure family entertainer, ‘Shree Bukuro’ marks the return of director Singh after a seven year hiatus after his earlier works Mala and Rudrapriya. At a time when socially rooted and family-oriented narratives are winning hearts, the director is confident that Shree Bukuro’s heartfelt storytelling will strike a deep emotional chord. Currently in the final stage of post-production, the makers have begun extensive promotional activities ahead of its theatrical release.

Produced under the banner of Film Range, the cinema features Laxmi Giri, Ashirwad Chhetri, Nikita Acharya, Prateek Raj Neupane, Roshani Karki, Rajan Ishaan, Dipika Thapa, Laya Sangraula, Ram Babu Regmi, Mohan Niraula, Rashmi Bhatta, Uttam KC, Geeta Thapa, Sapana Shrestha, Ashika Shahi, Deepak Karki, Rajina Biswokarma and others.

Written by the director himself, the team comprises Ruby Sen Singh as producer. Suraj Tamang and Praveen Singh handle choreography, iDream Animation delivers the visual effects. Editing is jointly managed by Banish Shah, Chandan Dutt and Parichhed Sen. Sanjay Lama and Rajesh Shrestha in cinematography, the cinema was shot in picturesque locations of  Mustang, Baglung, Kaski, Damauli, Makwanpur and Kathmandu adding visual richness to its narrative.

The compositions by Ranjit Gazmer, Basanta Sapkota and Bikram Karki, with vocals by Shiva Pariyar, Bishesh Poudel, Yukti Bimali, Sabin Subedi and Sandesh Poudel adds the melodic strength. Kishor Bhatt, Kuldeep Sharma and Prem Khatiwada serve as assistant directors.

Backed by a heartfelt narrative and a strong family driven theme, ‘Shree Bukuro: The Home Calling’ promises to stand out as an engaging cinematic experience.
