The Cinema Times, Kathmandu – The much-awaited trailer of Rishi Lamichhane’s directorial ‘Magne Raja’ was released in a special event on Thursday and it’s as entertaining as fans hoped. The 3 minutes 40 seconds long trailer puts the spotlight on Kedar Ghimire aka Magne Budha in a refreshing avatar and he steals the show.

This marks Ghimire’s first-ever lead role in a feature cinema. Known for his iconic comedy roles, he now takes center stage in a story that’s both humorous and thought-provoking. Also starring Barsha Siwakoti, Wilson Bikram Rai, Shishir Bangdel and Sharada Giri, the trailer shows Miss Pabi as a TV host, with singer and former National Assembly member Komal Oli appearing as a judge. And, don’t miss Aaryan Sigdel in a special role.

Produced under Aarambha Productions, the cinema is produced by Munal Ghimire, who has returned to cinema making after a long gap. He is currently the ward chairperson of Ghorahi sub-metropolitan city, Ward 4 in Dang. Shot by Narendra Mainali, the story, screenplay and dialogues are by Samipya Raj Timalsina with music composed by Deepak Sharma and Babul Giri. The cinema will be distributed by RR Films.
