The Cinema Times, Kathmandu – The trailer of upcoming Nepali cinema ‘Cetaamol’, set to release on Shrawan 23 Janai Purnima, has been released. Packed into 3 minutes and 20 seconds is a sharp blend of piercing satire and grounded storytelling, capturing the rustic essence of rural Nepal. The trailer has struck so deep and hit the audiences emotionally that many shared they didn’t even realize when tears silently streamed down- sparking anticipation among viewers.

The trailer paints a compelling picture of life in rural Nepal amidst poverty, unemployment and government negligence. Woven with razor-sharp dialogues and poignant reflection of society, each frame tells the silent pain of ordinary people navigating extraordinary hardships. Saugat Malla and Benisha Hamal bring gravitas and charm to the screen with their effortless performances breathing life into their rural characters.

The crisp cinematography and editing add charm to the making. ‘Cetaamol’ stars Saugat Malla, Benisha Hamal, Shree Krishna Niroula, Januka Bishwakarma, Karan Nepali, Lokendra Lekhak, Bhugol Karki, Hiunwala Gautam, Sushil Pokharel, Dinesh Regmi, R.R. Khadka, Gyanu Malla, Pawan Bhattarai, Kajal Bhujel and Aradhya Rajyalaxmi DC. Shree Krishna and Januka make their silver screen debut in this cinema.

Produced by Tulshi Devi Films in association with Juntara Films, the story is penned by Pradeep Bhardwaj and director Sane.
