The Cinema Times, Kathmandu – Harshali Malhotra, best known as the beloved Munni from Bajrangi Bhaijaan, is all set to make her Telugu debut with ‘Akhanda 2: Thandavam’, starring Nandamuri Balakrishna. Directed by Boyapati Srinu, the cinema is a sequel to the blockbuster ‘Akhanda’.

It is terrific news as Harshali is returning to the silver screen with the sequel of the Telugu magnum opus Akhanda. She will be seen playing a significant role as Janani. Her first look was recently revealed and it created quite a buzz as her charm as Munni is still memorable. Dressed in traditional attire, she appeared serene and emotionally deep in the poster.

The cinema is scheduled for a Pan-India release on September 25, 2025, coinciding with Dashain. This cinema marks Harshali’s return after a decade since her breakout role in 2015. Fans are excited to see her return to the big screen in an impactful role.
