The Cinema Times, Kathmandu – ‘Mansara’ stars Dayahang Rai and Miruna Magar in lead roles. With their last shot at Panchthar, the shoot ended.

‘Jaari’ famed director Upendra Subba’s next is titled ‘Mansara’. He has signed in the same actors as that of ‘Jaari’, Dayahang and Miruna in ‘Mansara’. The shoot started from Poush 21 and ended in 30 days. The cinema was shot in Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Panchthar.

Actor Miruna Magar is seen in the titular role as Mansara. Apart from Daya and Miruna, the cinema features Praveen Khatiwada, Menuka Pradhan and Hemanta Budhathoki. Written by director Subba himself, ‘Mansara’ is produced by DOP Shailendra Dhoj Karki. Bishnu Kumar Limbu, Manorath Pokhrel, Parshu Adhikari, Peter Gurung and Jiban Limbu Thaklung are co-producers.

Other crews of the cinema include Nimesh Shrestha as Editor, Manhang Lawati, Manik Shankar and Shubham Chamling Rai as Art Director with Shrawal Raj Pandey in Sound Design. The executive producer of the cinema is Sijan Dahal and Kiran Chamling is the chief assistant director. The production company Kabaddi Films had earlier announced the release date of the cinema with Miruna Magar’s solo poster. Apple Entertainment has the distribution rights and G21 Digital is the digital partner.

Dayahang Rai and Miruna Magar are the latest hit onscreen couple. Their chemistry is much loved by the audiences. This hit director-actor trios are coming up with ‘Mansara’ after ‘Jaari’. It is obvious, the audiences have certain expectations from this cinema and are already waiting for it.

The cinema has locked Baisakh 21 as the release date.
