The Cinema Times, Kathmandu- It was high time, Nepali cinema introduced an all female action packed story and then comes ‘Daanvi’. Pooja Sharma in and as ‘Daanvi’ portrays the actor in a never seen before avatar.

The teaser starts showing how Daanvi rises to end the evil. The cinema promises to deliver Pooja’s character that has never been witnessed before on the big screen. And as shown in the teaser, she can be seen bashing the villain with ease and style. It is a revenge plot and the actor has tried most stunts gimmicks from punches to machine guns, which look interesting.

Directed by Rupesh Tamang, ‘Daanvi’ is produced by Dev Magar and Anup Gadal. Pavwan Rana Magar is the executive producer with Kamala Limbu, Pancha Bahadur Tamang, Shrawan Kumar Shrestha, Jeevan Tamang as co-producers. The cinema has the story by Rabina Thapa Magar; screenplay and dialogue by Sanjog Kunwar Rana; music by Arjun Pokhrel, Naresh Jogi and Kedar Raj Nepali. Other crews include Hari Bahadur Ghale as DOP, Bande Prasad as editor and Shree Shrestha in action.

Actor Pooja Sharma is paired with Kunsang Bonjan in ‘Daanvi’. The cinema targets 2024 release.
