‘Dimaag Kharaab’ and CAN partnership, announces to give 5% net profit for cricket development

The Cinema Times, Kathmandu – Team ‘Dimaag Kharaab’ has announced a historic partnership with CAN for ICC Men’s T20 Final Asia and will give 5% of its net profit to CAN for the development of cricket. An agreement has already been signed by producer Raunak Bikram Kandel and CAN representatives. Cricketer Kushal Bhurtel was awarded Rs. 50,000 as the ‘Dimaag Kharaab Man of the Match’ in today’s match.

Team Nepal is marking its niche in international cricket arena with their outstanding performances. Despite many hurdles, the players are giving their best and are neck and neck with the finest teams. At a proud moment like this, many have come forward to encourage the team.

‘Dimaag Kharaab’ has also announced prizes to boost Team Nepal. In the ongoing ICC Men’s T20 Final Asia, the cinema has partnered with Cricket Association of Nepal- CAN as one of the enthusiastic supporters. The cinema team will give Rs. 50,000 to the player who becomes ‘Dimaag Kharaab Man of the Match’ and Rs. 10,000 to the player who contributes for the team as ‘Dimaag Kharaab Segment of the Day’. These awards are only for Nepali players.

As a cricket enthusiast himself, producer Raunak Bikram Kandel has made this effort for the betterment of cricket and to encourage the players. This is the first time that any Nepali cinema has teamed up with CAN for international match. Producer Kandel says the players are representing Nepal and making us all proud. It is time to support them. Team ‘Dimaag Kharaab’ has also come up with a slogan- ‘ Watch Dimaag Kharaab, Support Nepali Cricket Team’.

Ltd. ‘Dimaag Kharaab’ features Khagendra Lamichhane, Dayahang Rai, Arpan Thapa, Swastima Khadka, Bijay Baral, Suman Karki, Pushkar Gurung, Maotse Gurung, Rama Thapaliya in pivotal roles. The cinema is produced by Raunak Bikram Kandel with Suraj Bam Thakuri as Executive Producer.

The cinema will hit the theatres on Kartik 24.
