The Cinema Times, Kathmandu- Santosh Sen, producer of successful series ‘Prem Geet’ is producing the next cinema titled ‘Meri Mamu’. Cinema ‘Meri Mamu’ will feature debut girl Kusum Gurung in lead roles.

Production company Aashusen Films had assigned her, who is a London resident. 6 years old Aayub Sen, son of producer was already finalized for the cinema before this. Cinema about the tale of mother-son is starring Kusum in a mother role of Aayub. Aayub had completed 6 months acting training, while Kusum had completed 3 months training for the cinema. Cinema is scheduled to go on shoot floor from Ashar 3.

‘Prem Geet 2’ framed actress Ashlesha Thakuri is also said to team up in the cinema written and directed by Yam Thapa. Makers haven’t revealed the other cast and crew members yet. According to producer Sen, ‘Meri Mamu’ will soon revealed whole team in a public event.
