Kathmandu has also been famous for the holy river Bagmati. In a press meet organized on Saturday, actor Rajesh Hamal, South Indian director Ramesh Kumar and other cast and crews talked about the movie ‘Bagmati‘.
The film is set to be released around the Nepali festival ‘Maghe Sangranti‘. Along with Rajesh, Keki Adhikari, Shiva Shrestha, Mukunda Shrestha, Dhruba Koirala and Kanchan Thakuri are also featured.
The thriller genre movie’s director, all the equipments and technicians are from South India.
‘Bagmati river has been presented in a different way. The movie is a struggle about life’s positive and negative aspects. I was happy working in the film’, said Hamal.
Actress Keki Adhikari plays the role of a lover girl. She added, ‘film’s technical part is very strong and I’m very glad to work with Rajesh Hamal’.
Director Kumar states that the movie shows the relation between a father and his son. Kumar had started working as a cameraman from 1982. The movie’s budget has said to cross 2 crore.
