The Cinema Times, Kathmandu – Salman Khan starrer ‘Race 3’ is doing dhammal in box office collection. Cinema has already collected over 100 crore business within 3 days of release.

Action drama released on Id has collected 29.17 crore in first day, 38.14 crore in second day and 39.16 crore in third day, which marks to century within weekend. It is the fourth cinema of Salman to earn 100 crores margin in first three days. Earlier, ‘Bajrani Bhaijaan’ earned 102.70 crore, ‘Sultan earned 105.53 crore (Wednesday-Friday) and ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ earned 114.93 crore box office success. The total 3 days’ collection of ‘Race 3’ is 106.47 crore.

Surprising fact is that ‘Race 3’ has already surpassed the lifetime income of previous installment of ‘Race’ series i.e. ‘Race 2’. ‘Race 2’ lifetime collection was over 102 crores.

Critics have given negative reviews for cinema directed by Remo D’Souza. And on top of that, there was high possibility of effects on its business because of World Cup. But, the stardom of Salman has overcome to all this hindrance.

150 crores budget cinema stars Anil Kapoor, Jacquline Fernandez, Bobby Deol, DAISY Shah, Sakib Salim and Freddy Daruwala in main roles besides Salman.
