The Cinema Times, Kathmandu- Met Gala 2018 theme ‘Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination’ retained the great and good opening celebration of the Met Costume Institute’s annual fashion exhibition on Monday night.

As usual, Met Gala 2018 took place in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. Met Gala 2018 was quite literally influenced of religious undertones and Catholicism as to the theme. Met Gala is the biggest fundraising event annually on the fashion fraternity.

Rihanna was the most-worshiped by the public and the paparazzi in this year’s Met Gala. She was wearing her version of Maison Margiela by John Galliano.

Bollywood actresses Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone also attended the fashion’s biggest night. The most prestigious fashion event rolled up for all night with cocktail dinner.
