The Cinema Times, Kathmandu- Veteran actor Madan Krishna Shrestha’s wife Yashoda Shrestha, breathed her last at a Nepal Cancer Hospital, Harisiddhi on 10:45 Monday night.

67 years old Yashoda was suffering from lung and colon cancer since eight years. The last rites of Yashoda were performed at Pashupati Crematorium on Tuesday 12 noon.

According to Hindu tradition, her son Yaman gave ‘Daagbatti’ on her body. Yashoda did inter-cast marriage with Madan Krishna Shrestha on 2030 BS. She has two children Yaman and Sarana.
